what are the meanings of Credit Transfer / Course Exemption? please explain it

if u r in other university in same program like bcs then u have completed one semester there u can transfer ur credit to vu.
if u done bs(cs) Hons degree u r going for mcs then u will get exemption means that courses u already study in bs(cs) and u score good grade u will be exempt from that courses in mcs.
