Develop a php and mysql script for Staff Scheduling Tool 2011

We are in the process of developing an in house back office management system. The first component of this system will be a staff scheduling tool, where they can submit availability for upcoming days.

This should be an authentication protected web interface, with a management login as well.


Web app must be written using Java or Ruby on Rails. This application must run with a PostgreSQL back end and must be accessible from any modern browser.
