Ahsan has passed SSC exams with very good marks. He wants to pursue ICS
(Intermediate of Computer sciences). He likes this field because of its dynamic and
growing nature. He thinks that Computer Sciences is the filed where he can prove his
skills and ideas rather than opting any other filed. He is also convinced that in a
technology driven world, all types of businesses depend upon technology to get things
done. He also believes that computer science degree-holders will remain in high demand.
On the other side, his parents want to see his future in Medicine field and are forcing him
to take admission in F.Sc (pre-medical). They are not in favor of ICS degree. He is very
confused what to do at this stage to convince his parents so that they allow him for ICS to
get fulfilled his strong wish to be an IT professional. He knows well he can excel in the
field of Computer Sciences because of his mental inclination towards this field.
After reading above scenario, answer the following questions by using your course
knowledge.
Q1. What do you think that Ahsan is facing interpersonal/ intrapersonal conflict or both?
